In this exciting video, I'm pitting fresh skipjack herring against one of my all-time favorite package baits, the Blue River Carp Catfish Bait. Join me as I embark on this fishing challenge targeting Bullhead Catfish in a tiny local creek, fishing from a brand-new kayak launch dock.

Throughout the night, the fish were constantly ringing my bells! As the evening wore on, the temperature dropped, and just before the moon dipped below the horizon, I decided to wrap up my fishing session a little past midnight.

While I didn't manage to hook any fish during this particular outing, the experience was a blast, and it's all part of the fishing journey.
