Join us in this exciting video as we explore the mullet run in the beautiful waters of Florida, specifically around the Indian River. While this year's mullet run may not have been as intense as the previous one, we managed to quickly net some finger mullet on our very first day!

As the days went on, we faced some challenges in finding fresh finger mullet, and the elusive big mullet proved to be quite the challenge as well. They were fast and tricky to catch, even for my friend who brought his own boat down to target tarpon.

Despite the obstacles, we still had some successful fishing adventures in my boat, and my buddy had an unforgettable experience riding on "the mangroves" boat to battle an enormous tarpon. Tarpon are known for their incredible strength, and the fight wore him out to the point of getting seasick, leading us to cut our trip short by a few days.
